{"id":51256,"date":"2019-11-18T14:06:32","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T12:06:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.right2city.org\/?post_type=document&#038;p=51256"},"modified":"2021-06-15T12:05:36","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T10:05:36","slug":"documento-de-politica-sobr-el-derecho-a-la-ciudad-para-el-congreso-de-cglu-2019","status":"publish","type":"document","link":"https:\/\/www.right2city.org\/es\/document\/documento-de-politica-sobr-el-derecho-a-la-ciudad-para-el-congreso-de-cglu-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Documento Pol\u00edtico del Derecho a la Ciudad para el Congreso de CGLU 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El Congreso 2019 de CGLU y la Cumbre Mundial de Gobiernos Locales y Regionales<\/strong> definirir\u00e1n la ruta del seguimiento y la implementaci\u00f3n de la Agenda 2030 y la primera revisi\u00f3n de la Nueva Agenda Urbana en 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Seha dado prioridad a generar un <strong>espacio de di\u00e1logo estructural con otros grupos interesados y colectivos y en particular con la sociedad civil.<\/strong> Por primera vez, el resultado no ser\u00e1 \u00fanicamente una declaraci\u00f3n, si no un conjunto de recomendaciones pol\u00edticas integradas como resultado de un proceso de consulta. Ofreciendo as\u00ed un proceso de arriba hacia abajo que refleja tanto recomendaciones continentales como regionales.<\/p>\n<p>La Cumbre ha ofrtecido un espacio que asegure la conexi\u00f3n entre la <strong>agenda del movimiento municipalista internacional y el de otros colectivos hermanos.<\/strong> Un eje especial se ha constituido para este prop\u00f3sito: el <strong>Cabildo P\u00fablico<\/strong> \u2013 donde discusiones al m\u00e1s alto nivel han sido conducidas por estas organizaciones hermanas.<\/p>\n<p>El Cabildo P\u00fablico es el espacio de <strong>di\u00e1logo e interacci\u00f3n entre diferentes grupos de la sociedad civil internacionalmente organizada con el liderazgo pol\u00edtico de los gobiernos locales y regionales<\/strong> a fin de definir de manera conjunta pol\u00edticas locales-globales. El objetivo no es solo invitar a aliados a participar, sino colaborar en el mundo que estamos construyendo. <strong>El Cabildo P\u00fablico se estructura en 5 sesiones con diferentes tem\u00e1ticas: Ciudades Accesibles, Abordando la Informalidad, Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, Derecho a la Ciudad y Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los preparativos rumbo al Congreso se articularon alrededor de un proceso abierto de cocreaci\u00f3n liderado por los diferentes colectivos y facilitado por el Secretariado Mundial. <strong>Cada colectivo elabor\u00f3 una serie de recomendaciones pol\u00edticas para los gobiernos locales y regionales a fin de implementar la acci\u00f3n transformativa en los temas arriba mencionados.<\/strong> En las sesiones de Cabildo P\u00fablico durante el Congreso \u2013 dise\u00f1adas por los mismos colectivos \u2013 cada documento ha sido presentado y discutido con la membres\u00eda de CGLU y participantes de los otros colectivos.
