Naci\u00f3 en el 1996 con el principal objetivo de unificar el movimiento de las villas desde adentro, y al mismo tiempo reforzar su proyecci\u00f3n externa hacia toda sociedad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Misi\u00f3n: <\/strong>Promover la participaci\u00f3n organizada para lograr la urbanizaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de las villas y barrios marginados sin desalojos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alcance :<\/strong> Nacional<\/p>\n<p><strong>Componentes del Derecho a la Ciudad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.
