La PGDC es una <strong>red abierta, flexible y diversa<\/strong> de organizaciones de la sociedad civil y de gobiernos locales comprometidos con la acci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y el cambio social a trav\u00e9s de la promoci\u00f3n, defensa y cumplimiento del Derecho a la Ciudad a todos los niveles, dedicando especial atenci\u00f3n a las personas y comunidades afectadas por la exclusi\u00f3n y la marginaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La PGDC articula a <strong>movimientos y organizaciones sociales, acad\u00e9micos, redes internacionales, defensores de derechos humanos, ONGs, gobiernos locales<\/strong> y otros para contribuir en la aparici\u00f3n de nuevas utop\u00edas emancipadoras y v\u00ednculos sociales en nuestras sociedades.
