{"id":50307,"date":"2019-08-20T13:18:53","date_gmt":"2019-08-20T11:18:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.right2city.org\/events\/gpr2c-at-the-high-level-political-forum-2019\/"},"modified":"2019-09-26T14:56:19","modified_gmt":"2019-09-26T12:56:19","slug":"gpr2c-at-the-high-level-political-forum-2019","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/www.right2city.org\/fr\/events\/gpr2c-at-the-high-level-political-forum-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"PGDV au Forum Politique de Haut Niveau 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Plateforme Globale pour le Droit \u00e0 la Ville (PGDV) participera au HLPF avec le le message : Mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019Agenda 2030 et les ODD avec une approche fond\u00e9e sur les Droits de l\u2019Homme \u2013 Le Droit \u00e0 la Ville pour tous!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.righttothecityplatform.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/GPR2C-advocacy-document-HLPF-2019.pdf\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger la d\u00e9claration ici<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3646 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.righttothecityplatform.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/hlpf-01_e.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"690\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le<a href=\"https:\/\/sustainabledevelopment.un.org\/hlpf\/2019\/\">\u00a0Forum Politique de Haut Niveau<\/a>\u00a0(HLPF, par son acronyme en anglais) est la principale plateforme des Nations Unies sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable et joue un r\u00f4le central dans le processus de suivi et \u00e9valuation de l\u2019Agenda 2030 pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable et des Objectifs du d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) au niveau mondial.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union du HLPF, \u00a0convoqu\u00e9e sous les auspices du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social, se tiendra du\u00a0<strong>mardi 9 juillet au jeudi 18 juillet 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission de la PGDV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Plateforme Globale pour le Droit \u00e0 la Ville a pour mission de promouvoirles actions et les luttes men\u00e9es aux niveaux local et national en faveur du Droit \u00e0 la Ville lors des grandes rencontres internationales. Elle a \u00e9galement pour but d\u2019influencer les agendas politiques au niveau international \u00e0 travers des activit\u00e9s de plaidoyer, et de faire le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des engagements existants (Droits Humains, Nouveau Programme pour les Villes \u2013NPV- et ODD). En plus deces missions, la Plateforme est aussi en charge plus sp\u00e9cifiquement d\u2019aligner syst\u00e9matiquement les engagements pris par le pass\u00e9 (droits humains) avec ceux plus r\u00e9cents (NPV, ODD), afin de b\u00e2tir un argumentaire normatif solide n\u00e9cessaire pour la mise en \u0153uvre, le suivi et l\u2019\u00e9valuation du Droit \u00e0 la Ville.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Droit \u00e0 la Ville au HLPF 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La participation de la PGDV au HLPF contribue ainsi \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la visibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 sensibiliser les participants aux combats men\u00e9s localement et au niveau mondial pour promouvoir le Droit \u00e0 la Ville\u00a0; \u00e0 garantir la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019inclusion du Droit \u00e0 la Ville dans les agendas internationaux\u00a0; \u00e0 faire le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des ODD\u00a0; et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 l\u2019alignement des engagements du PNV et des ODD avec les obligations existantes en termes de droits humains d\u2019une part, et les diff\u00e9rents composants du Droit \u00e0 la Ville d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Message principal : Mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019Agenda 2030 et les ODD avec une approche fond\u00e9e sur les Droits de l\u2019Hhomme \u2013 Le Droit \u00e0 la Ville pour tous!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le droit \u00e0 la ville cristallise la r\u00e9alisation des droits de l\u2019homme dans les villes et les \u00e9tablissements humains.
