Nele, 20 especialistas no tema, que fazem parte de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais diversas, debatem sobre a inser\u00e7\u00e3o do direito \u00e0 cidade na Nova Agenda Urbana, que ser\u00e1 finalizada durante a Habitat 3, que ocorre em outubro deste ano em Quito, no Equador.
