Il met aussi l&rsquo;<em>accent sur les personnes<\/em>, parce qu&rsquo;elles doivent \u00eatre au centre des villes et des \u00e9tablissements humains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous esp\u00e9rons que vous aimez le changement.
