essenciais para a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o da vida &#8211;\u00a0 sejam integrados ao planejamento e \u00e0s pol\u00edticas urbanas, rumo \u00e0 cidades e territ\u00f3rios mais justos, diversos e feministas.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necessitamos cidades e assentamentos humanos que <\/span><b>priorizem a vida <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e n\u00e3o a mercantiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas. Aspiramos por cidades em que todas as mulheres e meninas possam ter <\/span><b>oportunidades iguais e desenvolver suas vidas de forma igualit\u00e1ria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de maneira inclusiva, desde as nossas diversidades, sem viol\u00eancias, visibilizando nossas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es. Uma cidade que reconhe\u00e7a, valorize e <\/span><b>redistribua o trabalho de cuidados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nas fam\u00edlias, na sociedade e especialmente na comunidade, que s\u00e3o assumidos, em geral, pelas mulheres. Em outras palavras, cidades que promovam a inclus\u00e3o e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o socioespacial, a coes\u00e3o social, as intera\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e intergeracionais, um senso de pertencimento e identidade e uma melhor qualidade de vida urbana por meio do espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico e do desenho urbano.\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Reconhecer e incluir as diferentes caracter\u00edsticas culturais, de mem\u00f3ria, sociais e econ\u00f4micas das comunidades que a habitam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Por meio do exerc\u00edcio da cidadania ativa, com processos de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas e or\u00e7amentos p\u00fablicos participativos que promovam um senso de pertencimento e responsabilidade por meio de uma governan\u00e7a democr\u00e1tica. Eliminar a viol\u00eancia e a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o em todas as suas formas, garantindo seguran\u00e7a, paz, igualdade de direitos, oportunidades e acesso aos bens e servi\u00e7os da cidade.\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Apoiar as redes de cuidados comunit\u00e1rios, formadas tanto pelas pessoas que cuidam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (donas de casa, profissionais das \u00e1reas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, sa\u00fade, trabalhadoras dom\u00e9sticas, entre outras), <\/span><b>como pelas pessoas que precisam de cuidados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (idosas\/os, pessoas dependentes, grupos mais vulner\u00e1veis no atual sistema de cuidados&#8230;), organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e entidades p\u00fablicas e privadas ligadas a esse setor.
