Who are we
Our web address is: http://righttothecity.puntzero.cat.
What personal information do we collect and why?
When visitors leave comments on the web, we collect the data that is displayed on the contact form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser’s user agent chain to help detect spam.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded geolocation data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any information from the images on the web.
If you leave a comment on the web page, you can choose to save the name, email address and webpage in your cookies. This is for your convenience because you do not have to fill out the data again when you make another comment. These cookies will last one year.
If you have an account and log in to this web page, a temporary cookie will be defined to determine if the browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and will be discarded when you close the browser.
When you log in, several cookies will also be configured to save login information and display options on the screen. The login galleys last for two days, and the screen display cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember me”, the login will persist for two weeks. If you’re done signing in, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in the browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the identifier of the post you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
The articles in this web page contain embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). The content embedded in other web pages behaves exactly in the same way as if the visitor were visiting the other web page.
How long we retain the data
If you leave a comment, the comment and your target data are held indefinitely. This is to be able to recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of keeping them in the moderation queue.
For users that register on the web (if any), we also store the personal information they provide to their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (unless they can not change their username). Administrators of the web page can also edit this information.
What rights do you have about your data?
If you have an account on this website or you have left comments, you can request that we send you an export file of your personal data, including all the information that you have provided. You can also request that we delete any personal information that we have. This does not include the data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments must be checked using an automated spam detection service.
